A month full of adventures!

hello doston,

It’s been a while since I wrote to you all. If I have been quiet in the online world, it means that there has been a lot of action in my offline world!

The month has been action-packed. I did a session on ‘Conscious Personal Branding’ at the Festival of Consciousness at Barcelona. When I used to work at INK, FOC was my baby. When I quit INK, Lakshmi asked me if I’d like to continue working at the Festival, and said yes! The Festival is really close to my heart, you get an opportunity to serve like-minded people who want to do good for the world.

It is always super fun to hang out with Lakshmi and Anu. It gave me the opportunity to learn from her. I particularly enjoy designing her talks, researching for her sensibility, and she is someone I intuitively understand. I know what she likes, how she would like it.

My next stop was at IIM Ahmedabad, and it was a week filled with adventures. We had curated a Creative Jamming session, where we encouraged participants to express their creativity followed by a week full of classes.

It was followed by a fun week in Delhi to attend my best friend’s Secret Wedding!

Yesterday, I spoke on ‘The Art of Connection’. I did a short story followed by an ice-breaker activity. It was an unofficial LinkedIn Creators Networking Meet hosted by Anshuman, Myah and Charmika.

My friend Yashar from Chennai helped me with the pictures and videos, and he gave such methodical feedback on my session. He gives you nothing short of truth bombs. 💥

I am averse to the word ‘networking’. It gives me uugghh feeling. I like build relationships and connections. I received a kind, thoughtful note from a participant this morning and it made my day.

And yes, it’s the New Moon today, and I am back on my writing journey. And shipping this newsletter unknowingly at 111 PM! 🫶🏾

Write to me with your adventures. :) I read all personal emails!

With love and light,

Vipasha

Hi doston, Creatives have spent decades working on their craft. The 10000 hours of labour. This is our life’s work. To develop taste, to develop discernment. Creation is what comes out by surrendering to sacred work. The work that comes from intuitive intelligence. Unfortunately, it’s too late to fight against the Gen AI beast. We can’t undo time. We can only adapt to it. Instead of thinking what AI can do, think of what it can’t do. Move your career path as a creative in the following...

Hi Folks! I've been absconding for 2 months on the newsletter now. I am doing a no gatekeeping version of my first year without a 9-5 job. A lot of the readers on the newsletter want to make a career in writing and speaking and thought this breakdown might be helpful. I had 5 revenue streams this year: Content Creation Research Curation Workshops Founder Coaching PS: More revenue streams does not mean more money, it just means more ‘ways’ to make money. Let me break the romance of going rogue...

Hello there! If you've seen me on socials, I recently did a talk on 'How to Build An Authentic Network'. Here is a step-by-step breakdown of how I prepared the talk. The team from Salesforce Design Days had reached out to me to do a talk at their event. It was a blank canvas. Talk on Authenticity at Salesforce Design Days Audience Composition When the team reached out, we did a detailed lowdown of the design of the event as well as the audience. They were deeply respectful of my craft and...
